Home Communions

At almost every Holy Eucharist, we send forth trained lay ministers to share Holy Communion with our homebound and hospitalized members. While the primary purpose of these visits is to share in the consecrated bread and wine from the Sunday Eucharist, they also offer a wonderful chance to help them members and friends of our congregation who cannot worship with us in person to be connected to the heart and life of our community.
