Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for free community yoga. We offer beginner Ashtanga yoga, which includes breathing exercises and gentle stretches.

 

Join us inside the Cathedral, or on the lawn if weather permits. All ages and abilities welcome! Just show up, this event is free.

 

 

A prayer for yoga:

Oh God, who calls us to renewal of body and spirit, grant us prayerful reflection in all our meditations so that we may grow closer to you and find ourselves in your good and perfect will. All this we ask in our redeemer God. Amen.
