Supervisor: Property & Facilities Manager
Christ Church Cathedral is searching for a part-time, 20-hours per week Custodian. The Custodian assists the building staff to maintain the building in order to create a welcoming space for visitors and parishioners of the Church, offering the highest quality of hospitality, security, cleanliness, and direct assistance.
The ideal candidate will have earned a high school diploma. An Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or other related field is desired; and two plus year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience in a property and facilities maintenance and/or operations position is required. Previous experience working in a Church environment is desired.
The ability to speak, read and write in Spanish is desired.
