Welcome to our Adult Bible Study on Season of Creation during September.
Our Sunday worship also will explore Creation Care in the music, sermons, and prayers from Sept 6- Oct 4. Devotional -Seasons of Creation 2020
Our Bible study materials were written by our Presiding Bishop and the leaders of three linked denominations. Their meditations are brief yet challenging.
We will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7 – 8 pm in September. Each gathering includes:
1) a scripture verse for us to discuss,
2) a meditation to prompt our sharing, and
3) a hymn or song for prayer time.
These are the authors we will read:
Sept 2 – Introduction to Ecumenical meditations on Season of Creation
Sept 9 – National Bishop, Evangelical Lutheran Church of Canada
Sept 16 – Presiding Bishop, The Episcopal Church
Sept 23 – Archbishop, The Anglican Church of Canada
Sept 30 – Presiding Bishop, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
