All members are invited to attend the Annual Parish Meeting, where – among other items of business – we will elect new Vestry members and delegates to the Diocesan Convention that will take place in November 2023. At this year’s annual meeting, Cathedral leaders will provide updates in the five focus areas in our Strategic Plan. We’re very proud of all we’ve accomplished, but we know there’s plenty of work to do – and it can only be accomplished with your help.
The meeting will be livestreamed from the church.
Are You a Qualified Elector?
According to CCC’s Constitution and Bylaws, only qualified electors may cast their votes at the annual meeting. A qualified elector is any adult member (ages 16 and up) in good standing for more than one month and is a member of a household that has made recorded contributions to the Parish budget. Any amount (even $1) is sufficient as long as it has your name attached to it and is received by Dec. 31. During the month of December, there will be lists of qualified electors posted in the church. If you don’t see your name on it, please contact Lauren Good at firstname.lastname@example.org or 317-636-4577. It may be as simple as not having your birthday on file.
