Darth Vader is one of cinematography’s most infamous villains. And yet his story is more complex than the red lightsaber and haunting mask might reveal. It starts innocently enough; experiences loss, trauma, and manipulation; delves into destructive and egotistic fascism; and then finally, and almost inexplicably, experiences redemption. His character arc raises a number of ethical, human questions about good and evil, what it means to wander, and the nature of forgiveness and mercy. Are you wrestling with these questions? Then join CCC for our inaugural faith and film series Wednesdays, Sept. 27 through Oct. 25, at the AMP at 16 Tech.
