A large, twenty foot sinkhole has opened up in the middle Pennsylvania Street and repairs are ongoing. Expect traffic re-routing and delays at Pennsylvania and Ohio Streets for the foreseeable future. Keep up with Indy Department of Public Works on Facebook here.
