As part of our ongoing efforts to increase transparency and to keep the congregation fully informed, the Vestry will host quarterly check-ins. In these bilingual meetings, we’ll share highlights of our work together over the past three months, and we will welcome your questions, comments and feedback. We’ll meet in the Parish Hall.
After the Vestry check-in, we hope you’ll stay with us for a brief exploration of The Spirituality of Saying Yes and Saying No as part of our season of discernment, renewal and reflection. Grounded in the teachings of Ignatius of Loyola (1491-1556), this method of discernment and spiritual listening invites us to see that all the decisions we face in our lives (big or small) are opportunities to grow in a life in God. Whether you’re contemplating a job change, an important life decision, or trying to decide something simple, we’ll introduce you to a tool that allows you to use prayer, scripture, and a pro/con list in a uniquely spiritual way.
