Join us for the Feast of the Virgin of Guadalupe, a traditional Mexican celebration that brings the “Patroness of the Americas” to Indianapolis. We will begin with a procession around Monument Circle with a statue of the Virgin, mariachis and traditional dancers performing La Danza Azteca. After the procession around the Circle we will enjoy the lively music of the Coro Hispano and mariachis. Families will be invited to bring flowers to Mary, and children are welcome to dress in the traditional Juan Diego or indigenous costumes.
Following the Holy Eucharist a feast of good food and good music will be in the Parish Hall. Join us for this festive celebration of the Virgin Mary in the Americas.
