Encountering God in Awe

This Sunday’s Gospel in John 17:6-19 is the continuation of Jesus’ farewell speech that began at the Last Supper in Chapter 13. If you have ever prayed while experiencing a difficult time, how was that moment of encounter with God? What have you asked for? What words did you say? Christ teaches us to pray when our soul is charged with awe, fear, and sorrow. On the Seventh Sunday of Easter, we invite you to discover how God cares for us and how much God loves us!

— The Rev. Canon Hipolito Fernandez Reina

We’d love to have at least two people at all times.

Will you consider being an ambassador for CCC at this event? If so, send your availability to Executive Coordinator Lauren Good.
