In 2023, CCC contracted with the Mission Institute to perform a racial justice audit. Disrupting systemic racism is one of the primary focal points of our 2022-2025 Strategic Plan, and that starts with identifying and exploring how racism operates at CCC. The audit is not meant to provide a resolution to obstacles but to increase clarity and opportunities to explore ways to move forward.
