CCC has arranged for the comfort and dignity of our neighbors with 2 port-o-lets and hand washing station.  With businesses operating under COVID limitations, those who spend their days making the Circle their home have few options for their bodily needs.  One of our neighbors even assists with keeping them tidy.  Thank you to our friends at Downtown Indy Inc who helped expedite the needed city certificate for placement on the right-of-way.
